Nicola is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and an ICF accredited Leadership Coach with over 15 years’ corporate and consulting experience in talent, learning and leadership development. She has delivered psychometric feedback from managing director to graduate level across the UK, Europe and UAE. Her coaching experience includes developing leaders and managers in emotional awareness, leadership style, resilience and self-confidence. Core to her coaching approach is helping clients to see themselves, their priorities and their thinking patterns more clearly to explore the impact of this at work. Nicola is an Associate Fellow of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology, Chartered Member of the HCPC and an accredited Member with the ICF.
Rachel is a qualified coach with a 20-year career as a consultant and leader in communications, marketing and public relations. She’s spent her career helping all kinds of people – from solo start-ups to CEOs employing hundreds – to build reputations, engage their communities, shape messages, communicate difficult news, challenge thinking, change perceptions, persuade to take action… and much more. Rachel is passionate about helping clients tune into their natural brilliance - who they truly are, and what they can achieve, and then use that knowing to engage, persuade and motivate others whether in a leadership role or attracting clients to your business. Rachel is an Accredited Practitioner for the CIPR, a member with the ICF and an Accredited Digital Marketing practitioner with the Digital Marketing Institute.
Lisa is a professional, personal and team coach. She has a wide variety of corporate experience as a Chartered Marketer for more than 15 years, followed by roles in senior management and Data Protection within the international private education sector. As well as offering individual coaching,
she works with corporate clients including small businesses, and start-ups with leaders stepping into new roles. Lisa holds an accredited ICF (ACC) coach and NLP Practitioner and is a Member of the International Coaching Federation.
